Google Gets Linguistically Lit: AI Model to Support 1,000 Languages
HubSpot Founder and CTO Dharmesh just announced ChatSpot.ai, a chatbot designed to provide a personalized experience for each user and draws response data from HubSpot CRM. He describes ChatSpot.ai as different from ChatGPT because it incorporates a variety of data from other programs and tech to provide more specific results for a company's needs. With the added power of ChatGPT, the chatbot can update reports with information found outside the CRM. There's a waitlist though!
Microsoft's latest announcement is making waves - their new AI tool, CoPilot, which takes its branding cues from GitHub's Copilot, aims to tackle those mind-numbingly repetitive sales and customer service tasks that no one enjoys doing. From customizable emails to meeting summaries and virtual agents for customer support. Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, is calling it a step towards "transforming every business process and function with interactive, AI-powered collaboration." Idk about you but we predict a name change in the near future for Microsoft.
Google want to create an AI language model that can handle 1,000 languages. They just announced the Universal Speech Model which has been trained on a jaw-dropping amount of data - we're talking billions of sentences from over 300 different languages. Looks like Google's multi-lingual mission is well underway!
