Introducing MetaAI's Segment Anything

OpenAI vs. the Existential Threat Narrative ☣️

Good Morning AI Runners 🏃‍♂️

Here's what we've got for you today:

  • Introducing MetaAI's Segment Anything

  • OpenAI vs. the Existential Threat Narrative ☣️

Meta has just launched their latest AI model, Segment Anything, which can remove any object from an image or video with just one click. What's even more impressive is that the model is built to be adaptable and can easily transfer to new image distributions and tasks without any extra training.

OpenAI just released an article on their approach to AI safety, and it's pretty interesting stuff. They aim to stop us from freaking out about AI taking over the world and start thinking about the more practical things like accuracy, decency, and privacy risk. And while they do acknowledge the potential risks, they don't think we should worry about GPT-4 turning into a killer robot anytime soon.

Prank your friends with AI generated calls.
