Google has revealed a new translation tool called the "Universal Translator" during its annual event, Google I/O. The tool can dub a video into a new language while lip synching the speaker's lips to match the new translation. The technology uses advanced AI algorithms to transcribe and translate the speech and then regenerate it with a tone and style that matches the speaker's original voice. This feature will be on YouTube soon too!

OpenAI announced the release of web browsing and plugins to all plus users, which will be available next week. This new release will allow ChatGPT to access the internet and use over 70 third-party plugins. ChatGPT's updated version will be able to answer questions related to recent topics and events and will know how to use third-party plugins created by users.
